When can I expect my postal order?

We dispatch all postal orders on the next working day via Royal Mail Tracked 24 which aims to deliver to you on the next working day. With this you will receive SMS* or email notifications so you can track your delivery, you also have the option for your package to be left in a safe place if you're not there to receive the delivery.

How do I store my treats?

In order to transport our cakes and treats in one piece we will usually deliver them frozen. Please store in the fridge or freeze on delivery if you aren't intending on eating them that day. Whole cakes need up to 1 hour to defrost, mini cheesecakes need 30 minutes and chocolate bars take 15-20 minutes to defrost.

*For postal deliveries we'd recommend popping your choc box straight in the fridge for an hour or so before tasting, just to let them firm up a bit after their journey :-)

What if I'm not home when you deliver?

Our chocolate boxes can be posted through most letterboxes, however, if it doesn't fit OR if we hear a dog inside, and for cake orders we will need an alternative so please let us know a safe place to leave your delivery (ideally, a cool box or something similar in a shady location). For local deliveries if you aren't home and haven't advised us of a safe place we will keep hold of your order and will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for you to collect from us. Unfortunately, due to us offering free delivery and our other work and family commitments we are not able to deliver a second time.
